Carla L. Scofield, 73, formerly of Caroline Avenue Schenectady, passed away Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Ellis Hospital in Schenectady.

Born on February 1, 1951, she was the daughter of Michael and Carmella DeMarco.

Carla was a 1969 graduate of Mohonasen High School and attended (JCA) Junior College of Albany.

She retired as a bus driver for Head Start in Schenectady.

Her past times included gardening, going to garage sales and auctions, and horses.

She is pre-deceased by her parents and several brothers and sister.

Survivors include her life partner Brian Zeller of Middleburgh; two sons: Charles (Danielle) Scofield of Pattersonville and Bryan (Melissa) Scofield of Schenectady, NY; a grandson Anthony Scofield.

A funeral service will be held at 11:00am Wednesday March 20, in the Chapel of the Corpus Christi Mausoleum at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery in Niskayuna. There are no calling hours.
