Dan A. Carter, 52, passed away Wednesday, December 9, 2020.
Born on July 23, 1968 in Holland, MI, he was the son of Alan and Gay M. (Moore) Carter.
Dan grew up in Scotia and was a graduate of Burnt Hills High School. He also graduated from Schenectady County Community College and attended SUNY Albany.
He was employed by the General Electric Company.
Dan enjoyed woodcarving, riding his motorcycle and was interested in politics.
His mother pre-deceased him.
He leaves his father Alan Carter of Scotia; a sister Cindy St. Louis and her husband Bruce of Burnt Hills, a niece Carter Joyce St. Louis as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Services will be private. Burial will be at Parkview Cemetery in Schenectady.
Arrangements are by Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union Street, Schenectady, NY.
