Dorothy Campbell Nemazee 86, of Glenville, passed away on Monday August 29, 2016 at Ellis Hospital.
Dorothy was born in England a daughter to the late Robert and Helen Jackson Campbell.
Dorothy was a retired nurse who traveled all over the world before she became a citizen of the US in 1965. She was an avid swimmer who enjoyed nothing more than having her family and friends stop by for a swim with her. Dorothy was active until the end and passed peacefully after a full life.
Survived by her children; Mariam (Ron) Philipp, David (Anne) Nemazee, Kavon (Susan) Nemazee and Laura Johnson, grandchildren; Shannon Philipp Butler, Hilary Philipp, Sarah Nemazee Ahern, Amy McIntyre, Stephanie Nemazee, Levi Johnson, Luke Johnson and Alexis Johnson, great grandchildren; Jack, Colin, Emma, Jenna, Noah, Ella and Aniyah.
In lieu of flowers please make a donation to your favorite charity in Dorothy's memory.
Services will be private and there will be no calling hours.
