Gail M. Nichols 74, passed away peacefully at Mt. Valley Hospice on Thursday March 16, 2017.
Gail was born in Cobleskill, NY a son to the late Claude and Onilee Dunham Nichols.
He worked for 25 years at General Electric in Schenectady in the Turbine Dept.
Survived by his wife of 50 years, Kathleen Kehoe Nichols; sons, Scott Nichols of Schenectady, Jason (Terri) Nichols of Mariaville: 4 grandchildren; Sisters Louise Proper and Lorraine Hitchcock. Predeceased by his sisters Lee and Lillian, and brothers Robert, Claude and Thomas.
A Memorial Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday March 18th at 10 AM at St. Madeleine Sophie Church, 3500 Carman Rd.. There will be no calling hours, burial will be private at convenience of the family.
Memorial donations in Gail's memory may be made to the Animal Protective Foundation.
