Geraldine Katherine Day, on Friday, January 16, 2015, our daughter Geraldine joined her brothers Douglas and Corey in heaven.
Geraldine spent the day with her friends from Moyer St. at the Special Olympics floor hockey practice. Geraldine had not been ill, but on the way home she fell asleep and never regained consciousness.
Our Geraldine had to be in charge yet found joy in everything. Her personality could fill a room, she loved deeply and laughed often. She was a wonderful basket ball player and could cut a rug while dancing.
Geraldine's organs were donated so that her joy of life would live in many others.
We are heart broken and devastated by the loss of our daughter Geraldine so soon after the passing of our son Corey.
There will be no service, flowers or donations. we need only privacy at this time.
If you want to honor our Geraldine, don't sweat the small stuff and find joy in the littlest details.
