John C. Godwin

John Christopher Godwin passed away on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at the Fairview Commons Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was 59.
Born in Syracuse on November 15, 1958, son of Stanley Godwin and the late Mary (Hildebrand) Godwin.
In addition to his father, Stanley, John is survived by his siblings, Lydia Rollins of Becket, MA, Mark Godwin of Albuquerque, NM and Paul Godwin of New York City. Also survived by his nephews Phillip Rollins and Kia Godwin and nieces Emily Graham and Julia Godwin.
Relatives and friends may call from 2-4:00pm on Sunday, August 26, 2018 at the Jones Funeral Home, Inc., 1503 Union Street, Schenectady. Funeral service will be conducted at 9:30am on Monday. Burial will be in the family plot in Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
