Schenectady-Kimberly Jean Berg, 52, of Tower Avenue, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at her home.
Born on August 7, 1968 in Glens Falls, NY, she was the daughter of Frederick and Mary E. (Centerbar) Berg.
Kim grew up in Schenectady and attended Schenectady schools.
She was a self -employed day care provider.
She loved to spend time with her grandchildren and she especially enjoyed the Holidays, being outdoors, and pictures where she was able to capture the moment.
She leaves her companion of many years: Edward Chase of Schenectady; her children: Eddie (Meghan) Berg of Schenectady, Kristal (Billy) St. Andrews of Schohaire, Justin (Jacquellyn) Chase of Schenectady, and Emily Chase of Schenectady; seven grandchildren: Madison, Brayden, Lavender, Gianna, Nellie, Eve, and Gabriella; brothers: Fred (Brenda) Berg of Schenectady, Brian (Yaridza) Berg of CT, and Dennis (Felicia)Berg of Broadalbin; sisters: Chris (David) Ody of Schenectady, Jennifer Pannone of Schenectady, and Michelle Pannone of Amsterdam as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Calling hours will be held from6:00pm to 8:00pm Tuesday, February 2, at Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union Street, Schenectady.
