Mary Elizabeth Betty Pratt
Mary slipped into eternal slumber on Friday May 3, 2019. She had loving family by her side. Mary was 97 years old.
Born on May 30, 1921, she was born and raised in Schenectady, NY. Mary has been a parishioner of St. Josephs Church in Schenectady for many years.
Mary was predeceased by her loving husband, Robert Pratt and her foster son, Robert Chylinski. Mary was also predeceased by her brothers, Jack, Everett, and Kenneth Durrant and her sisters Charlotte (Becker) and Catherine (Fountain).
Mary is survived by her sister Bernice Brennan, her son Kenneth Pratt, her granddaughters, Randi (Ramos) and Crystal Pratt, and her two great grandsons, Samuel A. Ramos and Shamar Sanchez. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews who all love her dearly. She will be greatly missed by anyone who knew her.
There will be a funeral mass held at St. Josephs Church in Schenectady, NY at 10am on Tuesday May 7, 2019. Following the mass, a burial service will be held at Most Holy Redeemer Cemetery on Troy-Schenectady Rd.
In lieu of flowers, we ask that a mass card be sent or a donation be made to the charity of your choice.
