Michelle Eileen Grandy of Old Mill Road passed away on Sunday, February 17, 2019.
Born in Rome, NY on August 25, 1966, daughter of the late Joseph and Sharan Bartholomew. She is also predeceased by her stepfather Gary Coon.
Survivors include her husband, Christopher J. Grandy, her daughter, Lea (Andy) Weir and her son Richard Bartholomew, her siblings Alison (Jeff) Worcester and Jennifer Coon as well as Tommy, Lisa, Sandy, Sue and Jeff, her grandson, Richard Bartholomew, Jr., an aunt, Gail Morelle, her nieces and nephews Jared, Justin, Joseph (Samantha), Katherine (Jacob), Sarah, Matthew, Benjamin, Jonathan, a great niece Ellie, cousins, Kim, Kristin, Lisa, many loved ones and friends.
There will be an intimate time for Christophers family and friends from 8:30 9:30am before public calling from 10am-12 noon on Saturday, February 23, 2019 at the Jones Funeral Home, Inc., 1503 Union Street, Schenectady. Funeral service will be conducted at 12 noon in the funeral home with burial to follow in Memorys Garden Cemetery, Colonie.
