Mildred L. Felpel

Niskayuna - Mildred Felpel, 96, passed away on Feb. 16, 2017. Born on March 2, 1920 in West Ghent, New York to Harry and Ina Leggett. Mildred was predeceased by her husband of 57 years, Pierce Felpel, in 1996.
She is survived by her children, Leslie (Vivian) Felpel of San Antonio, TX, Larry (Sue) Felpel of Niskayuna
and Lenore (James) Hamel of East Killingly, CT.: 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. Her brother,
Jim (Anita) Leggett of Sebring, FL.
Mildred spent many happy years working at Denison's General Store in Niskayuna and then at Empie
Mfg. in Latham.
A graveside service will be held on May 6 at 11:00 at the Ghent Reformed Church Cemetery, 1039 County Route 22, Ghent, NY 12075.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ghent Reformed Church, 1039 County Rt. 22, Ghent, NY 12075.
Interment at: Vale Crematorium Saturday, February 18, 2017 Vale Crematorium 907 State Street Schenectady, New York, United States 12305
