Oswald Dreves

Glenville-Oswald E. Dreves 84, of N.Ballston Road, was stricken at home on Wednesday, June 11, 2008. Born in Schenectady, son of the late Edward and Wanda Henrbel Dreves. Oswald worked for over 32 years at Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory in Niskayuna. He was predeceased by his brother Alfred Dreves who died in 1993. Survived by his sister in-law, Jane Dreves of Glenville; cousins, Betsy Adams of Malta, Jeffrey Dufek of Scotia, Gretchen Marhafer of Bellevue, Amy Hallam of Schenectady, Alfred Dreves of Oklahoma, Jeffrey Dreves of Ohio and Gail Blackmore of England. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a prayer service on Monday, June 16th at 11 AM at the Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union St., (at McClellan St.), Schenectady. Calling hours will be Monday morning from 9AM to 11AM for those who wish to call. Burial will be in Park View Cemetery, Schenectady.
