Patricia A. Mcdonald

Schenectady-Patricia Ann McDonald age 80 passed peacefully on April 5, 2014 surrounded by her family.
She was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on October 20th 1933 to Paul and Ilah Nielsen . She was a graduate of Kalamazoo Central High School.
Surviving is her son Scott Noble, daughter Michele (Don) Kellish; Grandchildren Nathan (Lara) Kellish, Nicole (Ryan) Micklus, Jessica (Patrick) Rodarte, Drew Noble, Kevin Kellish, Patrick Noble, Alicia Noble; Great Grandchildren Klhoe Noble, Benjamin Micklus, Paige Rodarte; nieces, nephews, and many friends. Preceding her in death is her daughter Deborah Noble, and son Stephen Noble. Patricia lived in many places, including Mexico, before settling in Niskayuna, New York. She was an insurance underwriter for many years and loved her job and fellow employees. She also enjoyed gardening, sewing, reading, and cooking; but mostly spending time with her family. She had a special love of animals and children. In later years, she resided at the Heritage Home for Women where she had many friends and an adoring staff. Patricia touched so many hearts, and was a friend to all. Private family memorials will be held in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and Niskayuna, New York.
