GONE FISHING IN HEAVEN..Peter Parker (aka Spiderman) passed away peacefully at Glendale Nursing Home on October 12, 2016. He was 91 years young.
Always smiling, telling jokes and stories, Peter enjoyed fishing, hunting, watching the Yankees and Mets and traveling with his devoted companion, Beverly Pomeroy and good friends, Anne and Bill Pomeroy.
He was a painter by trade, but loved to cook and fix things. He served our country in the US Navy during World War II.
In addition to his companion, Beverly Pomeroy, Peter is survived by son, Gary, 2 sisters, Esther Kucel and Audrey Frohn.
Military Honors will be held at the Gerald BH Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery on Friday, October 14, 2016 at 11 AM.
The family would like to thank the Glendale Nursing Home Staff in the Dutch Hollow Unit for their excellent care and compassion.
