Raymond was an Army Veteran serving from 1955 to 1958. He worked at the Golub Corporaation in Rotterdam. Survived by his wife Patricia Kwaitkowski LaRowe, a daughter, Katherine LaRowe-Kneise, 2 sons, Vince Carlone and Scott Carlone, and 9 grandchildren. Military Honors will be Monday June 18th At 2:30 PM at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery, Schuylerville, NY.
