Robert Cook 47, of Niskayuna, NY passed away on April 9, 2016.
Bob was born in Schenectady, son of Ethel Hebenstreet Cook and the late Raymond Cook.
He graduated from Niskayuna High School.
Bob enjoyed playing guitar and listening to bands like Yes. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed fishing, camping and hiking. Bob also had a love of animals of all kinds.
He is survived by his mother Ethel Hebenstreet Gouger Cook, his siblings, Douglas Gouger of West Nyack, NY, Mark Gouger of Glenville, Ny, Deborah Gouger of Long Beach, CA, Brian Gouger of Middleville, NY, Kathy Kingston of Glens Falls, NY, Sheila Dubois of Chestertown, NY, Jay Cook of Glens Falls, Paula Adams of Hudson Falls, NY, Kenneth Goodale of Glens Falls, NY and Nancy Villarreal of San Antonio, TX.
Funeral services will be held at 1 PM on Wednesday April 20th at the Jones Funeral Home, 1503 Union Street, (at McClellan Street), Schenectady, with a calling hour from Noon prior to the service.
Burial to follow at St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Colonie, New Yokr.
