Robert E. Mitchell, 92, of Fredericksburg, VA, formally of Scotia, New York - Passed away on March 12, 2016 surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Beatrice, children Joan Mayberger, John Mitchell, William Mitchell( Sandy ),
Nancy Noakes ( Roger ) and Patricia O'Neill ( Tim ); 17 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren .
The funeral service will be at Zion Lutheran Church, on Tuesday March 29th at Noon, with a calling period from 11AM to 11:45 AM in the Fellowship room at Zion Church.
